Perivoli Guest Rooms

 Sofia's Unterkunft liegt am Ende von Kokkinos Pyrgos auf Höhe des Hafens. Vom Balkon kann man das Hafenbecken und das Meer sehen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmer's ist ok. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, ein kleiner Ofen mit Kochplatten, Kühlschrank. Alles was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Falls etwas fehlt, braucht man Sofia nur zu fragen, Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Des Weiteren verfügt das Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage, welche hier im Sommer notwendig ist. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden, welche bei längerem Aufenthalt auch gewechselt werden. Zur Gegend selbst: Es gibt einige Restaurants und Bars und einen Minimarkt in fußläufiger Umgebung. Zum Strand (Red Castle) sind es nur ca. 200m, zur Promenade, etwas länger. Im nächstgrößeren Ort Tymbaki (ca. 3km) gibt es einen Supermarkt und mehrere kleinere Läden zum Einkaufen. Freitag vormittags ist Markt. Weitere schöne Orte zum Shoppen, Essen gehen oder am Strand zu liegen sind Agia Galini und Matala...

Nette und saubere Unterkunft in einem kleinen Örtchen. John ist ein sehr bemühter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation lief absolut reibungslos. "Mini me"

Unterkunft ist wirklich okay. Passend vor allem für diejenigen, die den Urlaub hauptsächlich mit Ausflügen gestalten wollen. Sehr schöner Strand und guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen im Süden Kretas.

Ioannis welcomed us very warmly. He and Sofia have received us with different kinds of fruit, juice, raki and homemade liqueur. Ioannis and Sofia are very friendly and helpful. It is very easy to communicate with them. The room with private entrance, bathroom and balcony is clean. The wlan connection is very good. The area is pleasantly quiet - away from mass tourism:). With a rental car, the destinations such as Matala and Preveli are easily accessible. I can highly recommend the accommodation and espiacally the lovely hosts.

We had wonderful holidays in Kokkinos Pirgos which is really far away from the mass tourism you can find in the big cities of Crete - thank God! Ioannis and Sofia (which are so kind and lovely!!) were there for us when we arrived very late, when the shower didn't work well, brought fruit and vegetables and asked always whether we are fine! The room is cozy and well equiped (we cooked nearly every day - be careful, the dog Yoko likes food and is barking when she hears you eating :D), next to two nice beaches. Its very useful to have a car, to go to the supermarket which is like 5 km away.

das zimmer ist geräumig und wirklich sehr sauber und ioannis und seine frau waren sehr sehr freundlich. das appartment hat eine hübsche kleine terasse und ist ein schöner ruhiger ausgangspunkt, um zB nach matala oä zu fahren. ein auto sollte man aber vllt haben. gerne wieder!

Ioannis is a great host. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. The villiage is very small but cute. Everything perfect.

Ioannis is absolutly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The place is only a few steps away from the harbour and a short walk away from the beach. The cozy room is equipped with everything you need. And Ioannis mom makes the best pomegranate liquor we ever tasted. Definitely the best price performance ratio we had on crete! Thanks for everything. 😊

Ioannis is very friendly, enthousiast and available. The room is clean and well equiped. There is a parking and, walking distance, beach, bars and restaurant. The place is nice to discover matala surroundings.

Ioannis was a very nice and friendly host! The apartment was very clean and offered us everything we needed for our stay. Kokkinos pyrgos is a small village with nice taverns. There are bigger supermarkets and a lot of shops in the nearby town. Thanks again for you hospitality! :)

The apartment was super clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Ioannis is a perfect host. He was totally flexibel about the arriving time, very helpful and gave useful tips concerning the surrounding area. Kokkinos pyrgos is small and quiet, there are a view restaurants but if you want to discover different places at the south coast of crete you really need a car. All in all we can completely recommend Ioannis apartment for a trip to the south of crete.
